Kyle Eastman is a Partner and Northwest Market Co-Lead in CAP’s Seattle office. With over a decade of experience, he advises board compensation committees and senior management teams on executive and non-employee director compensation matters. He delivers innovative solutions that align pay with performance, support strategic business objectives, and consider broader human capital management issues, including talent strategy and organizational design.

Kyle specializes in compensation philosophy development, pay benchmarking, financial performance analysis, pay vs. performance evaluation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, and compensation-related regulatory compliance.

Kyle coordinates CAP’s mutual insurance survey, co-authors CAP industry reports, and contributes to CAPintel publications, including CAP’s annual Early Trends and 120 Company Research reports. He has presented at industry events such as The Corporate Counsel’s Executive Compensation Conference, Equilar’s Executive Compensation Summit, and GEO’s National Equity Compensation Forum.
